Our Story

Ground & Gather Yoga is a gentle, supportive yoga space for parents and babies — a place to land, breathe, and feel held.

These classes are about more than movement. They are about slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with your body and your intuition in a season of life that can feel tender, overwhelming, and deeply transformative.

Here we practice rest, presence, and compassion. We make space for connection — with ourselves, with our babies, and with one another — and we remember that we don’t have to do parenthood alone.

Many students share that they leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more at home in themselves. My hope is that this space feels like a small sanctuary in your week — a haven to arrive just as you are.
